Faatemah, an Aveda Institute Minneapolis graduate, has earned her stellar reputation through boundary-pushing creativity and technical excellence. Her distinguished career, launched under the mentorship of Aveda founder Horst M. Rechelbacher, spans editorial work, celebrity styling and educational leadership. As a North American Hairstylist Award winner and three-time nominee, her work has graced major publications and influenced countless stylists. Her unique “edutainment” approach to education has helped shape a new generation of hair artists, while her editorial work for Target, Essence and Modern Salon showcases the versatility and innovation possible in sustainable beauty.
