How would you describe this look and what is your favorite thing about it?
I would describe this look as the modern Joan Jett. I gave this client short and choppy layers, partnered with a soft wispy bang. Bangs are on trend and these bangs are my favorite thing about this cut.
What products do you recommend to maintain and recreate this look?
I recommend layering Aveda’s new Texture Tonic and Light Elements Defining Whip to create this look. Apply the Texture Tonic on damp hair and let it air dry. Finish by separating the layers with the Defining Whip.
What type of client would you recommend this look for?
I recommend this look to anyone who has the personality to carry it. This client is energetic and playful, so I knew she would rock it. The layers around her face really bring out her her high cheekbones and the soft bangs frame her gorgeous eyes.
