Meet Dawn, a maestro of hair transformations at Scott J on the Upper East Side. Dawn joined the Scott J family in 2001, bringing with her a wealth of hair-color experience having started as a stylist in 1992. She’s an expert in all things hair color – from lived-in blondes to balayage, highlights, grey blends, reds, brunettes, and even the mystical world of perms. Dawn’s love affair with the artistry of hair blossomed from her childhood, and now, she thrives on making each client feel like their best selves. Beyond the salon chair, Dawn passionately shares her wisdom by teaching hair color all over the country and, with her husband, explores the city, embarking on culinary adventures.
